VIP and cash shop in MU

Private MU servers fund themselves by selling VIP and cash shop items. In MUemu-family emulators almost every setting has four columns (AL0 to AL3), one per account level: that is how VIP gets more experience, better jewel rates or extra commands. This page shows real examples of those differences.

Reading “AL” in the files

AL stands for Account Level. AL0 is a regular account; AL1 to AL3 are VIP tiers the server defines (bronze, silver, gold, for example). Each server decides how much each tier gets.

Example: regular account (AL0) vs top VIP (AL3)

Before paying

  • Read what VIP gives on the server's site, with numbers.
  • Prefer servers that show perks clearly and do not sell game-breaking items.
  • Only pay through the official channels on the server's site.

FAQ

What does VIP change in MU?

It depends on the server. In the emulators almost every setting has separate values per account level (AL0 to AL3), so VIP can mean more experience, better jewel and combination rates, and extra commands.

What are AL0, AL1, AL2 and AL3?

They are account levels in the emulator files: AL0 is a regular account and AL1 to AL3 are VIP tiers defined by the server.
